• Your delivery address and pincode (collected at checkout, saved for your convenience on future orders)
• Your account password, which is encrypted (hashed) before storage — we never store or have access to your actual password
• Order details, including items purchased and order value

We do not collect or store your card, UPI, or banking details. All payments are processed directly by Razorpay, our payment gateway partner; your payment information never passes through or is stored on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To process and deliver your orders
• To communicate with you about your order (including via WhatsApp, using the number you provide)
• To maintain your account and order history
• To improve our website and product offerings

3. Where Your Data Is Stored

Your account and order data is stored securely with MongoDB Atlas, a cloud database provider, with encryption in transit and at rest. Product images are hosted with Cloudinary. Payments are processed by Razorpay, a RBI-authorised payment aggregator.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell or rent your personal information to third parties. We share only what is necessary with our service providers (payment processing with Razorpay, delivery details with our courier partners) strictly to fulfil your order.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

Our website uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and to remember items in your cart between visits. This data stays on your device and is not a tracking cookie shared with advertisers.

6. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data at any time by contacting us using the details below. Note that we may need to retain order records for a reasonable period for accounting and legal purposes even after an account deletion request.

7. Data Security

We take reasonable technical measures to protect your data, including password hashing, encrypted data transmission (HTTPS/TLS), and restricted database access. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
