Return & Refund Policy

Because each saree is carefully inspected before dispatch, we accept returns only in the case of damaged or defective products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, incorrect size expectation, or colour preference.
1. Eligibility for Return
A return is accepted only if the product arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered. Claims must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. Shoot an unboxing video is advised
2. How to Raise a Return Request
- Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 63850 36260 within 48 hours of delivery
- Share clear photos or a short video of the product showing the damage/defect, along with your order details
- Do not use or wash the product before raising the claim
3. Verification
All return requests are subject to verification. Once we confirm the damage or defect, we will arrange a reverse pickup or ask you to ship the item back to us, and guide you through the next steps.
4. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and verified, refunds are processed to your original payment method (via Razorpay) within 7–10 business days. You will be notified once your refund has been initiated.
5. Non-Returnable Situations
- Products damaged due to misuse, washing, or alteration after delivery
- Claims raised after 48 hours of delivery
- Minor variations in colour due to screen display differences (not considered a defect)
