Information we use
When you place an order, contact us or create an optional account, we may use your name, mobile number, email address, delivery address, PIN code, order details and messages. We use this information to provide checkout, confirm payment, deliver purchases, prevent fraud, answer support requests and show order history. We do not store your card or UPI credentials; supported payments are handled by Razorpay.
Service providers
We use hosting, database, image, analytics, transactional-email, payment and delivery providers only as needed to operate the store. These providers process the information required for their part of the service. International orders arranged on WhatsApp are also subject to WhatsApp’s own privacy practices.
Analytics and your choice
Optional Google Analytics remains disabled until you select Allow analytics. Analytics events do not intentionally include your name, email address, phone number, delivery address or payment details. You can change this choice later using Privacy choices in the footer.
Retention, correction and deletion
Order and payment records are kept for fulfilment, customer support, fraud prevention, accounting and legal obligations. Login codes expire quickly and are not reusable. You may ask us to correct or delete eligible personal information, withdraw optional consent or raise a grievance by contacting +91 63850 36260. We may verify your identity and may retain information that must be kept for an existing order or legal obligation.
Security and updates
We use access controls and reputable service providers to protect customer information, but no internet service can promise absolute security. We may update this notice when the store or its providers change; the current version will remain available on this page.
